FRANCIS, ELIZABETH "BETTY" JEAN - The death of Betty Francis of St. Stephen, NB, wife of the late G. E (Ted) Francis occurred at the Charlotte County Hospital on September 29, 2008. Born March 15, 1920 in St. Stephen. She was the daughter of the late Stanley and Edith (MacKay) Budd. She is survived by her four children, Bill (Bonnie) Francis, Oak Bay, NB, Joan (Jerry) Manuel, St. Stephen, NB, Miriam (Ron) Malek, San Antonio, Lynn (Ken) Kelly, St. David Ridge; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at Christ Anglican Church, Prince William Street, St. Stephen, NB on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at 2PM. Interment at St. Stephen Rural Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held at the S.O Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.
