SAWYER, DOROTHY J. - At the Charlotte County Hospital on Thursday, October 9th, 2008; Dorothy Jean (Buck) Sawyer, wife of the late Bryce Arnold Sawyer of St. Stephen, NB. Born in Moncton, NB she is the daughter of the late Reuban and Annie (MacFarlane) Buck. Dorothy is survived by her daughter Carolyn Wilson (Paul) of St. Stephen, NB, five brothers Donald (Annie), Raymond (Gwen), Aubrey (Ruth), all of Moncton, Kenneth (Ann) of Riverview, Eldon (Barb) of Ottawa, Ont, two sisters Joyce Mitchell of Moncton and Marion Coates of Irishtown, three grandchildren, Nancy Wilson, Patti Donnelly (Brian) and Jennifer Fraser (Wayne), three great grandchildren, Ashley Porter, Anthony Fraser and Jarrett Heuff, several cousins, nieces and nephews. Dorothy was predeceased by two brothers, Harold and Everett. Resting at Humphreys Funeral Home, 20 Marks Street, St. Stephen, NB (506 - 466 - 3110) from where the service will be held in the chapel on Sunday, October, 12th, 2008 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Dr. Andrew O'Neill will officiate. The interment take place in the Oak Bay Rural Cemetery followed by a reception at the Royal Canadian Legion, 43 Queen Street, St. Stephen.
