BOYD, HUGUETTE MURIEL BOYD - It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of Huguette Boyd devoted wife of Frank Boyd of Saint John on October 7th, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital Born 1940 in Montreal to the late Charles and Irene (Cassie) Baillargeon. Hugette was a past member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #2 Westside and of the St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Black River Rd. She was full of life and had a passion for knitting and received ribbons for her work. Devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, she loved spending time with family and friends. Besides her husband Frank of 15 years she is survived by her only son Martin (Michelle) of Toronto, ON; one sister Michelline (Rene) of Montreal, PQ; nieces, nephews and friends. Besides her parents, Huguette was predeceased by her grandaughter Angel and one brother Raymond. At Hugette's request, there will be no visitation. A celebration of her life will be held at the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd. (646-2424) on Sunday October 12, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. Private family interment to take place at Fernhill Cemetery.
