ROLPH STANLEY O'NEILL

O'NEILL, ROLPH STANLEY - The death of Rolph Stanley O'Neill, age 82, of Belleisle Creek, NB., occurred at the Sussex Health Centre on October 13, 2008. He was the husband of Doris (Folkins) O'Neill and the son of the late Fred and Isabella (Ness) O'Neill. He was born in Belleisle Creek April 13, 1926. Rolph was a retired dairy farmer. He was a licensed Diocesan Layreader of the Anglican Church, Past Master of Zion Lodge #21, Free and Accepted Masons, Past First Principal of Sussex Chapter #9, Royal Arch Masons. He was always active in church, agricultural and community affairs. He is survived by his wife; daughter, Mary Beth Keirstead of Belleisle Creek; sons, Brian and Julia Wildish of Quispamsis, Hugh and Kelly Cooper of Belleisle Creek and Jeffrey and Cyndi Campbell of Smiths Creek; grandchildren Erin and Ryan O'Neill, Dustin Keirstead, Nicholas Hayward, Casey and Anika O'Neill and Anna Wildish-Midus; sister Gladys and Leonard Hart of Belleisle Creek; and several nephews, nieces and cousins. He was predeceased by sisters Edith Benson and Mary O'Neill; and brother Freddie O'Neill. Resting at Sherwood's Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB., with visiting on Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm and Wednesday from 3 to 8 pm Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 16, 2008, from St. Simon and St. Jude's Anglican Church, Belleisle Creek, NB. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Donations to St. Simon and St. Jude's Anglican Church, the Diabetic Association or the memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
