DILLMAN, HENRY "HARRY" ALAN - At the Fundy Nursing Home, Blacks Harbour NB on October 17, 2008, Mr. Henry "Harry" Alan Dillman of Blacks Harbour, formerly of St. George NB. Born at St. Stephen NB on February 6, 1926, he was a son of the late John and Josephine (Noddin) Dillman. A loving father and uncle, Harry is survived by one son, John Dillman of St. Stephen NB, one step daughter, Doris Higgins of Blacks Harbour, one nephew, Sheldon (Janet) Munro of Fredericton NB and many cousins. He was predeceased by one sister, Helen Munro and by one brother, Louis Dillman. A hard worker all his life, Harry worked for many years at Connor's Bros in Blacks Harbour. Prior to his retirement, he was a well known delivery man throughout St. George, delivering the Telegraph Journal each morning to his happy customers. Harry was a friendly man who enjoyed talking to people. In his younger days, he like to hunt and work in the woods. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #12 F&AM, St. George. Resting at the St. George Funeral Home & Crematorium (755-3533), 26 Portage Street, St. George, NB from where the service will be held from The Gary E. Waycott Memorial Chapel on Monday at 2:00 pm with Rev. Darren Millett officiating with interment to follow at the St. George Rural Cemetery. Visiting at the funeral home on Sunday from 7-9 pm. A Masonic Lodge Tribute Service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday at 7 pm. In Harry's memory, donations to the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
