LEVESQUE, DORIS LAURA - The death of Doris Laura Levesque, of Saint John North, NB, occurred on Monday, November 3, 2008, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on August 27, 1939 in New Brunswick, she was a daughter of the late Alexander and Ida Levesque. She had been a resident of the city for many years and was a member of St. Peter's Parish; Doris enjoyed puzzles, fishing, caring for others; and spending time with her grandson at the park feeding the ducks. She survived by her only daughter Laura of Saint John, NB; two brothers, Beniot (Anita) Levesque of Edmundston, NB and Forby (Rolande) Levesque of Eel River Crossing, NB; sister, Annette (Gary) Chisholm of Bathurst, NB; one grandson, Drake Reid; several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her parents; two brothers, Hemry and Herby; sisters, Pauline Grenier and Viola Bois. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, 506-634-7424. With visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The service will be held from Brenan's Chapel on Thursday, November 6, 2008, at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place in Eel River Crossing, NB.
