HOLOHAN, BRENDAN JOSEPH - The death of Brendan Holohan of Quispamsis, NB, husband of Andrea MacLean-Holohan, occurred Sunday, November 2nd, 2008, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Kilkenny City, Ireland, he was the son of the late Robert and Bridget (Hoban) Holohan. Besides his wife, Andrea, Brendan is survived by one sister, Maura Blackmore, Killenaule, County Tipperary, Ireland; three brothers-in-law, Rod MacLean (Janet), Ottawa, ON, Don MacLean (Loretta), Shediac, NB and John MacLean (Jane), Moncton, NB; five very special nieces, Anne Huliganga, Claudia MacLean, Rachel Telzer, Yvonne Casey and Jullian Bergin; eleven much loved nephews, James, Charles, Don, Ken, Stephen, Dan, David and Tony MacLean, Charles, Robin and Harry Blackmore. As well as, his parents, Brendan is predeceased by nephew, Raymond MacLean and his in-laws, Roderick and Anne MacLean. Arrangements are entrusted to Kennebecasis Select Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis, NB, (506) 849-2119, with visitation on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. Vigil Prayers will be held Wednesday at 8:00 PM, at the funeral home. A memorial service will be held from Kennebecasis Chapel on Thursday, November 6th, 2008, at 3:00 PM. A reception will follow the service, at the funeral home. Interment will take place at a later date. For those who wish, donations may be made to the R. D.
