COLLINS, MARY JOSEPHINE - The death of Mary Josephine Collins, wife of Frank Collins, of Saint John, NB, occurred on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Moncton, NB on January 16, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Matthew and Mabel (Reid) Killorn. Mary was a graduate of St. Vincent's High School, a devoted member of St. Peter's Parish and a life long member of the CWL. She was dedicated to her family and was very proud of her children and grandchildren. Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, William (Lori) of Dartmouth, NS and Gerard of Saint John; three daughters, Jane Collins (Thom Adams) of Halifax, NS, Catherine Collins and Anne Collins, both of Saint John; one brother, William (Lucille) Killorn of Halifax; nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother, John Killorn and a sister, Blanid Bowes. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Peter's Church, Clarendon St. on Saturday, November 15, 2008 at 10:00 am.
