GANONG, DOROTHY - Mrs. Dorothy Ganong of Sussex Corner passed away on December 2, 2008 at the age of 75. Dorothy is survived by her husband Arlie; her daughter, AnnMarie Mahoney; her son, John Mahoney (Melissa); two grandchildren, Matthew and JJ; five sisters, Patricia Palmer, Morleena Davis, Connie Buchanan, Janet Fenwick (Calvin), Marion Lamb (Steve); five brothers, Donnie Davis, Arnold Davis (Evelyn), Doug Davis (Rose), Jim Davis (Debbie) and Robert Davis; two step daughters, Beth Zell (Ray), Debbie Perrin (Warren); two step sons, Dave Ganong (Holly) and Tim Ganong; four step grandchildren; three step great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. Dorothy was predeceased by her step mother, Leona (Garron) Davis; her 1st husband John Warren Mahoney who passed away in 1992; her sister, Eileen Young; two brothers, Alvin Jr "Buddy" Davis and Leonard Garron and by her brother-in-law, Morris Buchanan and Reg Palmer. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. A Celebration of Dorothy's life will be held from Sussex Baptist Church on Saturday, December 5, 2008 at 2:00 pm. The interment will take place at Wards Creek Cemetery. www.wallacefuneralhome.com
