LEBLANC, ANDREA THERESA - Saint John West, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at the Saint John regional Hospital. Born in Dupuis Corner, Westmoreland County, N.B., she was the daughter of the late Ulysse and Dorina (Surette) LeBlanc. Andrea graduated from St. Vincent's High School in 1963. She retired from N.B. Tel after 27 years of service. Since her retirement she enjoyed traveling with friends and family. Andrea loved to do crafts, sewing, and also enjoyed many types of music including concerts and theater. Andrea is survived by brothers, Rheal (Gloria) LeBlanc, Ottawa, Ontario; Leo (Evelyn) LeBlanc, Moncton; Donald (Faith) LeBlanc, Trois Ruisseaux; sisters, Jeannita (Allen) Francis, Dumfries; Marie (Philip) Goreham, Grand Bay - Westfield; Rosella (Tim) Hoar, Calgary Alberta; Alva (Gerald) Powell, Saint John; Linda (Bruce) Lipsett, Bridgewater, N.S.; and Nancy (Donald) Taylor, Bridgewater, N.S. Also suriving are several nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and cousins. Besides her parents, Andrea was predeceased by nieces Emily Taylor and Connie (Francis) Chase. Keeping with Andrea's wishes, there will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 12 noon Tuesday, December 30, 2008, at Our Lady Of The Assumption Catholic Church, 360 Dufferin Row, Saint John West, Interment to follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Following the interment a reception will be held at Castle Funeral Home "Fallsview Reception Center" 309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John West(634-1701).
