CHEVARIE, ROGER JOSEPH LIONEL - Roger Chevarie passed away unexpectantly while working in Saskatchewan for RTD on January 23, 2009. Born in Saint John, on June 18, 1962, he was a son of the late George and Gloria (Godin) Chevarie. Roger was formerly employed with the Saint John Ship Building, Bretech, and Technico. He was a very gentle spoken man with a kind heart and a love of life. Roger will be sadly missed by his fiance, Karen Hosford, whom he loved unconditionally, and her son, Harley, who was the light of his life "True Buddies"; Roger also leaves behind brothers, Albert (Joyce), Paul, Raymond (Bea); sister, Ginette McGivery; nieces and nephews, Jill, Jaimie, Tara, Steve, Keith, Lindsay and two great-nieces, Penelope and Mackenzie. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Sunday, February 1, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Monday from Brenan's Chapel at 10:00 am. Interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
