WINSOR, GLYNDON HARRIS - Unexpectedly, at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, NB on February 19th, 2009, Mr. Glyndon Harris Winsor, husband of Mrs. Donna (Segee) Winsor of Pennfield, NB. Born at Triton, NFLD on November 25th, 1951, he was a son of the late Maxwell and Ruth Winsor. A loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, in addition to his wife, Donna, he is survived by one son, Jason Winsor (Angela Kaglar) of Calgary, AB, two daughters; Kelly Ann (Michael Johnston) of Utopia, NB and Kathy Rose (Trevor Cook) of Pennfield, NB, 11 grandchildren; Cortney, Mallory, Samantha, Michael, Meranda, Taylor, Jared, Mackenzie, Dylan, Kiera and Landon, one great grandson, Jaxson, his step mother, Eileen Winsor of Triton, NFLD, two sisters; Maxina (Walter) Lane of Grandfalls-Windsor, NFLD and Melvina (Robert) Burton of Pennfield, four brothers; Wesley (Norma) Winsor of Deer Lake, AB, Kerry Winsor (Joan Gardener) of Grand Prairie, AB, Brett Winsor of Triton, NFLD and Blair (Nicole) Winsor of Blacks Harbour, NB and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Glyndon was employed by Risers Construction, Pennfield, NB, where he took pride in his job and held high regard for his company and colleagues. He was an avid jokester who loved to make people laugh. Glyndon was a family man who enjoyed spending his free time with his grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. By the family's request, there will be a private visitation by invitation only held at the St. George Funeral Home and Crematorium (755-3533), 26 Portage Street, St. George, NB from where the service will be held from the Gary E. Waycott Memorial Chapel on Monday at 2:00 pm with Rev. Grant Alcorn officiating. In Glyndon's memory, donations to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
