MILDRED ESTELLE LANGILLE

LANGILLE, MILDRED ESTELLE - After a period of failing health and with her loving family at her side, the death of Mildred E. Langille of St. Martins, NB, wife of the late Lloyd Langille, occurred February 26th, 2009, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in St. Martins, on December 28th, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Elmore and Bertha (Davidson) MacDonald. Mildred was a lifelong resident of St. Martins and will be remembered for her devotion to her family. She is survived by nine daughters, Elsie Atwell, Grand Pre, NS, Verna Huttges, St. Martins, Katie O'Donnell (Ray), Hampton, Sydney Pauley (Rod), Shemque, NB, Donna Ellis (Jack), Bains Corner, Bonnie Murins, St. Martins, Sherry Weston (Don), Fairfield, Pamela Clayton (Brian), St. Martins and Brenda Gamble (Stanley), also of St. Martins; two sons, Gordon Langille (Bev), Saint John and Roger Langille (Margaret), St. Martins; thirty-four grandchildren; fifty-four great grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Inez King and Alma Gillchrist; one brother, Roy MacDonald, all of St. Martins. Resting at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, St. Martins, with visitation on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM and Sunday from 2 to 4 PM only. The funeral will be held Monday, March 2nd, 2009, at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, St. Martins, at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Guy Laskey officiating. Interment will be in the Mosher Hill Cemetery, at a later date. For those who wish, donations to Holy Trinity Anglican Church or to the Canadian Cancer Society, would be appreciated by the family.
