HAZEN, DOUGLAS DRURY - It is withgreat sadness we announce the passing of Mr. Douglas Drury Hazen who passed away on April 23, 2009 at the age of 57. Born in Sussex on January 16, 1952, he was the son of the late Alvin and Alice (Chambers) Hazen. Doug is survived by his wife, Connie (Mott) Hazen; his children: Kayla at Home and Corey of Sussex, his sisters: Pearl Hazen of Sussex and Clara Yeaton and her husband Sidney of Hansport, NS; as well as nieces, cousins and friends. He is predeceased by his parents, Alvin and Alice Hazen Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176).A Celebration of Doug's life will be held from St. Mark's Anglican Church on Monday, April 27, 2009 at 2:00 pm. The interment will take place at Trinity Cemetery.
