NICOLLE, GERALDINE A. - The death of Geraldine A. Nicolle of Saint John occurred on Friday, June 5th, 2009 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1939 in Bonnebay, NL she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Clara (Barnes) Payne. She is survived by her children Wade, Susan Myers (Raymond), Lamanda, Ron (Judy), Owen and Tony; brothers Alonzo Payne (Liz) and Thomas Payne (Madge) both of Rocky Harbour, NL; 17 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband George Nicolle in 2003, and sister Bertha Shears. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Sunday June 7, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Monday June 8th, 2009 at 11 am. Interment will take place in Ocean View Memorial Gardens at a later date.
