Passed peacefully away after a courageous battle with cancer at the Dr. L.A. Miller Center, on Monday, July 28, 2008, David Louis Preston Holloway, age 68 years. Predeceased by his mother Olive Holloway (2001). Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 45 years, Mary (Forward); daughter Michele Hudson (Geoff); son David; cherished grandchildren: Matthew, Samantha and Gregory Hudson; Taylor and Faith Holloway; father Alonzo; brothers: Lloyd (Catherine), Donald (Aline), Wayne (Phyllis), Gary (Jocelyn), Glenn (Mary); sisters: Joan Monk (Clesson), Judy Collins (Dave), Carol Lawrence (Dave), Gail Day (Wayne), Cheryl Ralph (Dave), Linda Howell (Barry); the Forward Family; special friends: Jim, Herb, Neil and Bob; as well as many other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave., on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral service 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2008, from The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Ferryland Street East.
