LITTLE, HILDA - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Hilda Little at Kingsway Care Center, Quispamsis on June 23, 2009 at the age of 86. Hilda was born in 1923, only child of the late Jarvis and Myrtle Harris of McAdam, NB and beloved wife of the late Raymond "Bud" Little. Hilda was an active member of the Rockland Drive United Baptist Church in McAdam, NB having taught Sunday School, member of the Ladies Guild and Women's Missionary Society. Hilda especially enjoyed her summers at the family cottage at Magaguadavic Lake. In her earlier years she was an active bowler having attained the high single. Hilda is survived by her four children; Susan of Quispamsis, NB, Patsy (Bruce) McMullin of Calgary, AB, Kathy (Ken) Stannix of Dartmouth, NS and Tony (Wendy) of Saint John, NB; three grandchildren, Lesley (Scott) Miners, Meaghan Stannix and Jeff Little; three great grandchildren, Ryan Sunderland, Faith Sunderland and Brayden Miners. Hilda was predeceased by her husband Raymond" Bud" Little in 1994 and grandson Christopher Stannix in 2007. Resting at the Rockland Drive United Baptist Church, McAdam, NB from where the funeral service will be held on Friday, June 26, 2009 at 2PM with Rev Scott Kohler officiating. Visiting hours will be held at the church on Thursday, June 25, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Interment in Rockland Cemetery, McAdam, NB.
