VINCENT, FLORENCE - Mrs. Florence Vincent of Moncton and formerly of Sussex passed away at her residence on July 20, 2009 at the age of 89. She was the daughter of the late Roy and Minnie (Keirstead) MacFarlane and was the wife of the late Douglas Vincent who passed away in 1991. Flo is survived by her daughter Jamie Stockton (Paul); two grandchildren: Raegan Morton (Matt), Sarah Stockton (Chris Kennedy); two great grandchildren: Claire and Juliet Morton; two nieces: Glenna Hayes and Jean Elmore; two nephews: Bill Hayes and Bob Fowler; as well as several cousins. Flo was the last surviving member of her immediate family; she was predeceased by three sisters: Elsie Fowler, Kathleen Hayes and Evelyn MacFarlane and by her brother Donald MacFarlane. Flo was the Past Regent of the Royal chapter of the I.O.D.E, a member of Trinity Anglican Church, a former member of the Brunswick Belles and former Co-Owner and operator of Vincent Jewelry on Main Street Sussex. A Celebration of Flo's life will be held at Trinity Anglican Church on Thursday July 23, 2009 at 10:00am. A private family interment will take place at Kirk Hill Cemetery.
