WHALEN, LAWRENCE (LARRY) - Died peacefully in his sleep at home in Barrie, Ont. on Saturday July 18th, 2009 at the age of 67. He is survived by his wife Laila, Daughter Colleen and sons, Peter, Stephen, Joseph, Michael and Eric. Cherished Grampie to Erin, Sean, Ryan, Kayla, Christopher, Stephen and Justin. Fondly remember by many cousins in Saint John, NB. Larry was predeceased by his mother Margaret Whalen, nee Quinlan and his father Harold Whalen. He attended Simonds High School Class of '61. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 7th at 3:00 p.m. at Stella Maris Parish, 201 Bayside Drive, Saint John, NB. Internment to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery at 4:00 pm.
