POWER, Laurence (Larry) Christopher – Passed peacefully away on February 11, 2009 at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, Laurence Power, 4th Degree Knights of Columbus, at the age of 78 years. Predeceased by his mother Lucy (Moore) and father Francis (Frank); sisters: Kathleen and Mary and brothers: Doug and Cyril. Left with fond and loving memories his wife and best friend of 57 years, Mary (Spence); children: Linda (Brian) Wadden, Rick (Bonnie) Power, Cathy (Kevin - deceased) Harding, Larry (Claire) Power, Gerry (Judy) Power, Tom (Arlene) Power, Colleen (Albert) Woodford; sisters: Columba and Ruth; seventeen wonderful grandchildren: Neil, Cathryn, Emily, Scott, Matthew, Kelli, Meghan, Larry, Laurie, Melissa, Ethan, Mark, Spence, Maria, Kirstyn, Shayna and Dylan; great-grandchildren: Ben, Josee, Chole and AJ; as well as his sisters-in-law; brother-in-law and many special nieces, nephews and a large circle of family and friends and his faithful four legged friend “Mollie”. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Thursday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. and Friday 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Funeral Mass on Saturday, February 14th at 10 a.m. from St. Teresa’s Church.
