DOUCETTE, DONALD JOSEPH - Passed away on Friday, September 4th, 2009 in Belleville, Ontario, as the result of a motor vehicle accident. Born in Saint John on March 20th, 1957 he was the son of Shirley (Mullin) Doucette, Saint John, and the late Leo Doucette. Donald worked for the Port of Saint John for a number of years. In addition to his mother Shirley Doucette, he is survived by six brothers, Bob, Gary, Murray, Brian (Barb), David and Mark, all of Saint John; one aunt, Catherine Goguen, Saint John; one uncle, Melvin Doucette, Saint John; two nieces and two nephews. Resting at Castle Funeral Home, "Fallsview Chapel", 309 Lancaster Ave., Saint John West (634-1701) visitation will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Sunday, September 13th, 2009. Funeral service will be held 1 pm Monday in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow in Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Donations may be made to charity of one's choice.
