McQUINN, BURTON - Mr. Burton McQuinn of Penobsquis passed away on September 24, 2009 at the age of 84. He was the son of the late Heber and Daisy Marie (Branscombe) McQuinn and is survived by his wife, Jayne (Mawby); two daughters, Beth Nixon (Kevin) of Penobsquis and Sara Powning (Jacob) of Markhamville; seven grandchildren; also his sister, Pearl Delong of Sussex Corner; as well as several nieces and nephews. Burton is pre- deceased by his brother, Dr. Leslie McQuinn. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex (506-433-1176). The family will be receiving relatives and friends on Saturday, September 26, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. A Celebration of Burton's life will be held from St. Mark's Anglican Church on Sunday, September 27, 2009 at 2:00 pm.
