PATRICIA E. (HUNT) CROWLEY

CROWLEY, PATRICIA E. (HUNT) - Patricia E. (Hunt) Crowley, of Worcester, Massachusetts died peacefully at Christopher House on Sunday, September 27, 2009 surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Michael F. Crowley; two sons, Thomas and James; daughters, Catherine Testa (Michael) and Paula Bovenzi (Michael) all of Worcester, and Maureen McKnight (Lee) of North Carolina; ten grandchildren, Marcie, Lisa, John, Chris, Ryan, Michaela, Amanda, Michael, Sean and Brian. She is also survived by her sister, Agnes A. Marquis of Saint John, NB; and several nieces and nephews. Patricia was predeceased by a daughter, Mary Patricia Crowley, and two brothers, David J. Hunt and Major Philip F. Hunt. Patricia was born in Saint John, N. B in 1928 and was the daughter of Philip and Mary (Keleher) Hunt. She attended St. Patrick's School; St. Vincent's Girls High School and was a graduate of Mount Carmel Academy. During her years in Saint John she was a member of the Assumption Parish. She worked at Emmerson and Fisher in Saint John, until her marriage when she moved to Worcester, Massachusetts. The funeral mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at Stephen's Church. The mass was concelebrated by Most Reverend George E. Rueger, Former Auxiliary Bishop of Worcester and Reverend William Sanders. Readings were proclaimed by Michaela Bovenzi and Lee McNight. Pallbearers were Michael Testa, Ryan Testa, Chris Testa, Michael Bovenzi, John Crowley and Lee McKnight. Interment took place at St. John's Cemetery.
