JONES, MAE R. - The death of Mae R. Jones, widow of Cornelius E. Jones, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Friday, October 9, 2009. Mrs. Jones was born in Bathurst, a daughter of the late Joseph and Philomene (Cormier) Hachey, and had resided the greater part of her life in Saint John. She had been a driver at the Dr. Roberts Hospital for many years and was an avid bowler. She is survived by her daughter, Loretta Mae Long of Hampton; her nephew, Vincent Boucher (Dorothy) of Rothesay; and her niece, Mary Jesso (Joseph) of Willow Grove. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Tuesday from twelve o'clock until service at 1:30 PM.
