BLANN-ROCHON, JOYCE DOROTHY - The death of Joyce Dorothy Blann-Rochon, of St. Martins, occurred on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at her residence. Born 1924 in Nusling, Hampshire, England she was the daughter of the late Horace and Florence (Herrigh) Archibald. She is survived by her children, Andre Rochon, Michael Rochon and Lynn Rochon (Raggy Jansz) all of Montreal; three grandsons, Kyle, Marc and Patrick; granddaughter, Clare; great granddaughter, Alyssa; sisters, Leona of England, Gwen of England and Stella of Ontario; several nieces, nephews and many friends. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her son, Leon Rochon and four sisters. A graveside service will be held at Mosher Hill Cemetery Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 1 pm, followed by a gathering at the Coastal Tides Restaurant, 7 Beach Road, St. Martins from 2 to 4 pm.
