BISHOP, Albert – Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital in Carbonear on Tuesday, February 10, 2009. Albert Bishop of Upper Island Cove, aged 74. Predeceased by father and mother Henry and Priscilla Bishop (nee Hussey); son-in-law Randell Lynch; sisters-in-law: Mary and Gladys Bishop. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Louise Bishop (Osborne) of 53 years; daughters: Marilyn (Maurice) Lynch, Pauline (Robert) Kelly, both of Upper Island Cove; brothers: Walter, Harry and Winston, all of Upper Island Cove; sisters: Mildred (Ray) Smith of Spaniard’s Bay, Iris (Winston Adams) of Upper Island Cove, Rosalind (Arthur) Drover of Upper Island Cove; four grandchildren: Melanie, Michelle, Chad Peter; three great-grandchildren: Kaylee, Kole and Brayden, and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Hussey’s Funeral Home, Upper Island Cove. The funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m., February 13 at St. Peter’s Anglican Church with interment to follow at St. Peter’s Anglican Cemetery, Upper Island Cove.
