PRESTON, HELEN - It is with great sadness that the family of Helen Preston (Moore) widow of Frank Preston announce her passing at the Palliative Care Unit of the Saint John Regional Hospital, following a short illness. She was born in Clones N.B. November 3, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Myrtle (Hawkshaw) Moore. Helen was a resident of Sussex N.B. for 42 Years, pervious to that she and her beloved husband Frank lived in Queenstown N.B. Helen was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and a caring and devoted friend to all who knew her. She was predeceased by her husband Frank, her son Terry, her grandson Neil Lacey and two sisters Muriel Francis and Edna McCullum. Helen leaves behind her three daughters Rose (Ted) Carter, Connie (Ozzie) Foley and Joyce (Claude) Lacey who will miss her very much, also she leaves seven grand- children and fourteen great grandchildren as well as one great-great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews .
