SIMONDS, GEORGE WALTER - George Walter Simonds, of Royalton passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at The Carleton Manor Nursing Home, Woodstock, NB. George was born in Royalton, NB, on September 29, 1923, son of the late Edward and Birde (Crawford) Simonds. George is survived by his wife, Annie (Stephenson) Simonds, Royalton, NB; sons Darrell (Karen), Royalton, NB, Richard, Royalton, NB, Harrison (Kay), Woodstock, NB, Carmen (Marjorie), Royalton, NB; seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren; brother, Delbert (Betty), Centreville, NB; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his parents, George was predeceased by a brother, Allison. Visitation will be held at The Tracey Mills United Baptist Church on Monday, November 9 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held at The Tracey Mills United Baptist Church on Tuesday, November 10 at 2 PM. Interment in Tracey Mills Cemetery.
