HARRIS, ROBERT (BOB) LEWIS - The death of Robert (Bob) Lewis Harris occurred on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at the Loch Lomond Villa. Born 1923 in Moncton, he was the son of the late Rev. Lewis and Bertha (Smith) Harris. In his younger years Bob served as a provincial constable and was a member of the Simonds Lions Club for over 18 years. His love of music included playing the sax, clarinet and drums. He is survived by his son Eugene (Elaine) Harris of Fairfield; grandchildren Crystal, Vanessa and Trevor; one sister June Blackmore of Amherst, NS; two nephews; one special nephew Pastor Dennis Blackmore and special friend Eleatta. Besides his parents he was predeceased by one sister Dorothy. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd. Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Thursday, November 12, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held at the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, November 13, 2009 at 11 am.
