REID, SHEILA FRANCES (REDMOND) - of Plaster Rock, NB (formerly of Salisbury, NB) peacefully passed from this life at the Edmundston Regional Hospital on Thursday, November 12, 2009 after a brief illness. Sheila was born on October 26, 1940 in Endeavour, SK. Sheila is lovingly remembered by Jane (Warren) Lewis of Salisbury, NB; Mark (Teresa) Reid of Plaster Rock, NB; Karen Reid of Salisbury, NB; Esther (Paul) Corbin of Plaster Rock, NB; Paul (Brenda) Reid of Aurora, IL. Grandchildren: Natasha (Luc), Rebecca (Ousmane), Jesse; Alison (Derek), Ashley (Jordan), Nicholas; Anthony, Victoria; Erika, Marquelle, Olivia; Great-grandson Pierre and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Sheila is survived by sisters L. Freda (Carl) Ravn of Midland, NB; Kay (Paul) Garnett of Quispamsis, NB and brother Gerry (Deb) of Campbell River, BC. Sheila was predeceased by an infant sister Bethel, sister Audrey and brother-in-law Kenneth Knight, formerly of Saint John, NB and by her parents Joseph Howe and Pearl C.M. (Othen) Redmond. Arrangements were handled by White's Funeral Home and the funeral service was held at the Family Worship Centre in Plaster Rock, NB with internment following in the Linton Corner Cemetery. Memorial donations to the FWC Missions Fund or Autism Society would be appreciated by the family.
