SIMPSON, FRAN - Fran Simpson of Millstream passed away on Friday, November 20, 2009 at the age of 45. She was the daughter of the late Robert Simpson who passed away in 1992 and Jean Thompson of Head of Millstream. Fran is survived by her sisters: Jocelyn Pike (Ken) of Vancouver, Helen Smith (Ron) and Cathy Curran (Ken) all of Head of Millstream; her brother, Blair Simpson (Cindy) of Sussex; her sister-in-law, Arletta Long of Sussex; her half-brothers: Robert (Jenny) of Alberta, Jimmy (Glenna) of Sussex, Harold (Shirley) of Cambridge, Doug Simpson of Apohaqui; her half sister, Susan Gamble (Jack Greenlaw) of Sussex, her step brothers: George (Dottie) of Plaster Rock, Bruce (Lorna) of Carsonville; her step sisters: Vonda O'Leary (Phillip) of Beaverdam, Dawn Perry (Reg) of Perry Settlement and Norma Thompson (Dan Bourgeois) of Halifax; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Frances was predeceased by her father, her brother, Richard; her step-father, Murray Thompson and by her niece, Debbie Simpson. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Celebration of Fran's life will be held from Lower Millstream Baptist Church on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 2:30 pm. The interment will take place at Riverbank Cemetery.
