BEECHIN, DONALD PHINIS - The death of Donald Phinis Beechin of Baxter's Corner, NB occurred on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at his residence. Born at Saint John on December 11, 1935 he was the son of the late Harvey and Helen (Beers) Beechin. Donald was an avid hunter and prior to his retirement in 1995 he was employed as a longshoremen with the ILA local 273. He is survived by his loving wife Theresa, son Stephen, and daughter Lisa Boyle (Claude) all of Baxter's Corner. Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home (646-2424), 230 Westmorland Rd. By request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Donations in memory of Donald can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
