BEYELER, NANCY ANN - Nancy Ann Beyeler, 62 of Milford, East Hants, passed away peacefully at home in Milford surrounded by her loving family on November 18, 2009. She is survived by her devoted husband Jorg of 38 years, son Graeme and friend, Yualys Artiles both of Halifax, NS and immediate family of mother, Jean Young, Fredericton, NB, brother John Young and Sister-in-law, Gloria Guitard, Fredericton, NB and sisters Donna Young, Lakefield, ON and Bettie Young, Calgary, AB and nephew, Adam Young, Peterborough, ON. She was predeceased by her father, Norman A. Young. Born in Fredericton, New Brunswick in 1947, Nancy had a wonderful career teaching elementary children in Chipman (NB), Oromocto (NB), Juniper (NB), Shubenacadie, and Elmsdale from 1971 to 2005. She was a beloved member of the Evensong Community Choir, the EFM religious studies program, and will be missed by her hooking friends, her yoga friends, her two book club groups, her friends at the Grand Lake, NB and many other longstanding friends from afar. She loved travelling; both as a young woman when she backpacked across Europe and Canada, and after her retirement when she spent time in many placed such as Norway, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, and the Caribbean. All who knew her were touched by her kind soul, lively spirit and sincere understanding of all people. She was loved by many and will be missed greatly by all who knew her. The family wishes to thank the Colchester East Hants palliative and home care teams for the wonderful support given during her illness, and is equally in awe at the support provided by her friends in the area. It is the family's wish to celebrate the rich and fulfilling life she led from beginning to end. A memorial service will be held at Milford United Church on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 3 pm followed by a reception. A graveside service will be held in the spring at the Fredericton Rural Cemetery, Woodstock Road, Fredericton, NB.
