Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at the Health Sciences Centre in the presence of his loving family, age 80 years. Predeceased by daughter Bernice; granddaughter Melissa; parents, John and Bridget; brother Richard and sister Philomena. Leaving to mourn his wife of 56 years, Theresa (nee Coady); children: Michael (Donna), Judy (Gerard Mahon), Donna (Edward Manning), Sharon, Brenda (Glen Lavendor), Wayne (Carol Ann), Gerard, Rosemary (Larry Rousselle); grandchildren: Poppy, Jennifer, Shane, Jason, Andrea, Bradley, Jonathan, Shannon, Samantha, Kurt, Haley, Chelsea, Merissa, Abby and three great-grandchildren: Jackson, Violet and Jaydan; sisters-in-law: Elizabeth Manning, Catherine Coady, Beth Gillard, Margaret Murray (Jack), Renee Simms (Jack); special cousin Vincent Manning (Mary); homecare workers: Beth, Phil, Sarah, Victoria and Hazel; as well as many other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, Torbay. Visitation Thursday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Saturday, August 2nd at 11:30 a.m. from Holy Trinity Church, Torbay.
