SCEVIOUR, Madeline — Passed peacefully away at North Haven Manor in Lewisporte on Thursday, February 12, 2009, Madeline Sceviour of Lewisporte, aged 83. Predeceased by her husband Harold. Leaving to mourn five children; Brian (Shirley), Anne Windsor (Neil), Peter, Rosemary Holmes (Peter), and Bernard (Nora). Brother George Wells (Louise); sisters Millie Sceviour (Max), Margaret Haliburton, Patricia Grant and Bertha Hill. Nine grandchildren: Michelle, Michael, Joanne, Christopher, Catherine, William, David, Heidi and Devon. Three great-grandchildren: Naomi, Summer and Madeline; as well as many other relatives and friends. Resting at the Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home. Visitations will be on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place from St. Matthew’s United Church on Monday at 2 p.m. No flowers by request.
