Passed peacefully away, after a courageous battle with cancer, on Monday, August 4, 2008 in the presence of his loving wife and family, age 51 years. Predeceased by his father Jim, brother Clifford, sister Elizabeth and mother and father-in-law Marie and James Mahoney. Left with fond and loving memories, his wife Virginia; daughters: Corinne (special son-in-law Mark Clarke) and Brittany; two loving grandchildren: Lakesha and Nathan; his mother Julia Dixon; brothers: Steward (Bernice), Wilson (Patsy), Fred (Rita), Jim (Joan), David; sisters: Sadie (Jim), Wynanne (Victor), Nora (Pat), Anita (Bob), Gloria; sisters-in-law: Judy, Mary, Maureen (Don), Tainia (Dwayne); brothers-in-law: Vince (Marge), Bernard (Kitty), Windel (Minnie), Len (Kelly); also a special niece Amanda Mahoney; special friends: Tony, Mike and Rodney; and a large circle of relatives and friends, and a special thank you to Dr. Eaton. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Monday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, August 6th, at 11 a.m. from St. Teresa's Church.
