(nee Kennedy) Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Saturday, August 2, 2008, Lily Madeline French aged 93 years. Predeceased by her beloved husband Charley; brothers, Edward J. and William Kennedy; sister Evelyn Taylor. Leaving to mourn sister Edith Gifford; sister-in-law Doris Kennedy; also nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road. Visitation from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday; 10 to 12 noon Wednesday. Funeral service on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. from St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Topsail. Interment to follow in St. John Evangelist Anglican Cemetery, Topsail.
