Mrs. Dorothy Marie DesRoches ROGERSVILLE, NB - Mrs. Dorothy Marie DesRoches, 83, of Foyer Assomption of Rogersville, formerly from Collette, wife of the late Rémi DesRoches (February 1977), passed away at The Moncton Hospital on February 11, 2003. Dorothy was the daughter of the late Joseph Poirier and the late Olive Richard. She is survived by three daughters, Louina(Bruno Doucette), Gisèle (Fernand Gaudet), Jocelyne (Gérald LeBlanc), all of Collette; one son, Maurice (Elda Bourque), of Collette; one sister, Lorette (late Léo Arsenault), of Rogersville; one brother, Georges (late Lillian), of New Hampshire, US; four sister-in-laws, Sr. Jacqueline DesRoches, r.h.s.j., of Ontario, Maggie (late Narcisse Gallant), Alma (late Patrick Poirier), of Foyer Assomption of Rogersville, Florence (late Emmanuel DesRoches), of Collette; one brother-inlaw, Emile (Lorraine) DesRoches, of Collette; 11 grandchildren, Renelle, Marc, Luc, Rémi, Mathieu, Gilles, Amy, Colin, Pierre, Line, Charles; one great granddaughter, Abigael. She was predeceased by one sister, Evelyne; two brothers, Eric and Patrick. Resting at the Slumber Room "La Colombe" of Rogersville, 11325, Route 126 with visitation on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, and Friday 12:30 pm until time of service. The Funeral will be held Friday, February 14, 2003 at 2:00pm in Notre-Dame-de Fatima Roman Catholic Church of Collette. The burial will follow in the Parish Cemetery. Donations to the Heart Society or Foyer Assomption Rogersville would be appreciated by the family.
