Lynda M. Duffy 1943 - 2003 Lynda Mary Duffy, of Riverview and formerly of Winnipeg, passed away at the Dr. George L. Dumont Hospital on Monday, February 17, 2003 at the age of 59 years. Born in Moncton, NB on June 21, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Ellis and Elsie (Kervin) Larracey. Lynda was a former employee of Walmart Canada, in Winnipeg. She will be sadly missed by her husband Graham Duffy; daughter, Darlene (Steven) Bourgeois of Halifax; sons, Danny Bourgeois of Halifax, and Douglas Bourgeois and his wife Zelda of Pembrooke, ON; step-children, Stephen Duffy of Bouctouche, Scott, Shelley, and Stacy Duffy all of Toronto; seven grandchildren; four sisters, Phyllis Miller of Calgary, Lois Dillon of Montreal, Eileen (Austin) Malone of Fredericton, and Carol Larracey of Moncton; brother, Norman Larracey of Moncton; several nieces and nephews. She will be fondly remembered by her many special friends with whom she worked in Moncton and Winnipeg. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Allan Larracey in 1954. Viewing and visitation will be held at The Riverview Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Rd. on Wednesday February 19, 2003 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The Funeral Service will be held at Riverview Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, February 20, 2003 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Dean MacDonald officiating. Interment will be in Greys Island Cemetery in the spring. Donations made to The Canadian Cancer Society, or the G.L.Dumont Hospital Oncology Unit would be appreciated by her family .
