Viola Anne Brewer CHIPMAN, NB - The death of Viola Anne Brewer of Chipman, NB occurred Friday, March 7, 2003 at the Oromocto Public Hospital. Born at Meagher's Grant, NS, she was the daughter of the late Ira and Dorothy (Ogilvie) Crawford. Viola was a long time resident of Bristol where her family was raised. She attended the Bethel Baptist Church in Minto. The last surviving member of her immediate family, she is survived by her loving husband of 56 years Rosslyn Brewer; a daughter, Miriam Crowell of Fredericton; four sons, Crawford Brewer (Nancy) of Moncton, David Brewer (Beth) of Grand Manan, Phillip Brewer (Elizabeth) of Rothesay and Darrell of Fredericton; 10 grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Her two brothers, Bordon and Blois predeceased her. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home where visitation will be held Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 10, 2003 from the Bethel Baptist Church, Minto, with Pastor Philip Cossman officiating.
