DONALD ALLISON BLACK 1928 - 2003 Donald A. Black, 74 , of Moncton, NB passed away suddenly on March 29, 2003 as the result of a motor vehicle accident. Born in Shinimicas, NS on October 17, 1928, he was the son of the late Roy and Mabel (Burns) Black. He is survived by a daughter, Beverly Weir; a son, Kevin Black; and granddaughter, Katherine Weir, all of Moncton; sisters Eileen (Eddie) Nesbitt (Ottawa), Evelyn (late Jack) Blomquist (Alberta); brothers, Douglas (Joan), Ontario, Ian (Darlene), Shinimicas, NS. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Joan (Trites) Black; granddaughter, Laura Weir; son-inlaw, Graham Weir; an infant son; sister, Edith (late Laurie) Ogden; and brother, Norman. By request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Internment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. Remembrances to the Cancer Society or Muscular Dystrophy Association would be appreciated.
