S. Ruth Murray SHEDIAC CAPE, NB - S. Ruth Murray, 72, widow of Norman Murray, of Shediac Cape, NB passed away at The Moncton Hospital after a brief illness. Born in Shediac Cape on April 7, 1931, she was the daughter of the late George L. Welling and Winnie Murray of Shediac Cape. Retired since 1991 as a farmer and co owner of Spice Rack Natural Food Store. She attended St. Martin's in the Woods Anglican Church, Shediac Cape. She was a member of Zetland Chapter #26 Eastern Star; St. Martin's ACW; Shediac School Breakfast Program. She was a volunteer for Red Cross Meals on Wheels; Heart & Stroke Foundation; Canadian Cancer Society and Friends of Moncton Hospital. She is survived by three daughters, Karen Murray, Gander, NF, Lynne Murray (David Perry), Parksville, BC, Beth Murray, Kemptville, ON; two sons, Greg Murray (Marie), Shediac, Andy Murray (Annette), Shediac Cape; one sister, Jean Murray (Ross), Bateman's Mills; three brothers, Arnold Welling (Joy), Shediac Cape, John Welling (Nora), Shediac Cape, Leonard Welling (Norma),Shediac Cape; three grandchildren and three step grandchildren, Martin, Allison, Jacob, Christina, Stephanie, Brandon. Resting at Passage Funeral Co-operative, 3754 Rte 134 Shediac Bridge with visitation on Saturday 7 to 9 and Sunday 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held at St. Martin's in the Woods Anglican Church, Shediac Cape on Monday, April 28, 2003 at 2 pm. At the request of the family in lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Interment later in the Parish Cemetery.
