Celina Laviolette Celina Laviolette, 84, of Reade Street, Moncton, passed away Saturday, April 26, 2003 at The Moncton Hospital. Born November 26, 1918 in Memramcook, she was the daughter of the late Alfred Leger, and the late Malvina Gaudet.She was employed at Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital before retirement. She is survived by a daughter, Anne Laviolette of Ottawa; three sons, Donald (Judy) of Dieppe, Claude (late Lucy) of Moncton, Peter of Ottawa; four sisters, Sylvie Leger, and Aline Leger both of Dieppe, Marie LeBlanc (late Arthur) of Memramcook, Catherine LeBlanc (Henri) of Pré-d'en-Haut; a brother, Aurel (late Lorraine) of Memramcook; four grandchildren, Christopher Cook, Shawn Cook, Bradley Laviolette, Laura Laviolette; her former husband, Jules Laviolette; several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her step-mother, Agnes (Gauvin) Leger; her sisters, Geneva, Catherine and a brother, Victor. Remains resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (8581900). Visiting hours Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time of departure (10:45). The funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 30, 2003 at St-Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, Moncton. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
