Shirley Viola Alice Murray TABUSINTAC, NB - Shirley Viola Alice Murray of Tabusintac, passed away at her residence on Sunday, April 27, 2003 at the age of 84. Born in Tabusintac, she was the daughter of the late Percy and Laura H. (Young) Murray. Shirley was a teacher and the post mistress for 13 years in Tabusintac, until her retirement. She was a member of St. Andrew's United Church in Tabusintac and the Tabusintac Women's Institute. She is survived by her foster son, Percy Blakely of Riverview and a foster daughter, Marie Mackie of Saint John. The family will receive relatives and friends at St. Andrew's United Church in Tabusintac on Monday, April 28, 2003 from 7 to 9 only. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2003 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Gay Smith officiating. The burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery later in the spring. As expression of sympathy donations maybe made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Tabusintac Nursing Home or to a memorial of the donor's choice.
