Ona Brace 1940 - 2003 AVON PK, FL - Ona Brace passed away May 24, 2003, at her home,surrounded by her loving family after a courageous fight with cancer. Born in Moncton, she is survived by her husband, Dr. Hanford Brace; daughters, Cindy, Avon Park, Dr. Shelly (Dr. Ralph) Gonzalez, Bradenton, Fl; three grandchildren, Tyler, Cory, and Rachel; her parents, Allie and Julia Renton, Stilesville; sisters, Peggy Renton, Moncton, Susan (Garth) Williston, Baie de Vin; brothers, Reg (Jean) Renton, Alberta, Dale (Kim) Renton, Indian Mountain. Funeral service was held in Florida at Walker Memorial Seventh Day Adventist Church on May 26, 2003. She was laid to rest in Jesus at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Avon Park, Florida. Donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Ovarian Cancer Fund.
