Lorna Freda Negus LORNEVILLE, NB - The death of Lorna Freda (Knox) Negus of Lorneville, wife of 62 years to Lawrence B. Negus, occurred on Saturday, June 28, 2003 at the Saint John Regional Hospital after a period of failing health. Born on March 24, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Helen (Maguire) Knox of Lorneville. A loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she is survived by two daughters, Lois (Darryl) Johnson of St. Catherines, Ontario and Colleen (Brian) Johnson of Clarendon; four sons, Wayne (Patricia) of Bonny River, James (Linda) of Grand Bay-Westfield, Robert (Mary Ann) of Saint John and Gerald (Karen) of Saint John; 11 grandchildren; eight greatgrandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Lorna was predeceased by two brothers, Robert and Colby and by one sister, Ruth. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John, NB (506) 634-7425 with visiting on Monday, June 30, 2003, 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2003 at 2:00 pm. from Brenan's Bayview Chapel followed by interment in Lorneville Cemetery.
