Barbara Edythe Keith TORONTO, ON - Barbara Edythe Keith (Smith), suddenly on Thursday, June 26, 2003 at her home in Toronto. Barb, in her 69th year, was born and raised in Petitcodiac, NB, prior to relocating to Niagara Falls, Napanee, Brampton and finally to Toronto. Predeceased by her parents, Leroy and Edythe Smith. Dearly loved and cherished mother of Patrick of Niagaraon-the-Lake, Lawrence of Whistler, British Columbia and Mark of Toronto. Proud and loved grandmother of Tricia, Justin and Holly Keith. Dear sister of Katherine and her husband Allison Henry of Salisbury, NB and Carol and her husband Girvan Plume of Petitcodiac, NB. Will be lovingly remembered by nieces and nephews, Mitchell, David and Jeffrey, and Cathy, Janet and Diane. Barb was a dedicated employee at the Delta Chelsea Hotel in Toronto for many years and will be fondly remembered by all her co-workers and friends. In her quiet way, Barb was very caring and sincere and will be missed by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place. A service of Memorial and Remembrance of Barb's life will take place at the THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME, 102 First Ave., Port Dover, Ontario (1-519-583-1530) on Tuesday, July 8, 2003 at 2 pm. Rev. Brian Elder officiating. Interment of cremated remains will take place at a later date. For those wishing, memorial donations to the Salvation Army would be kindly acknowledged by the family.
