Edward "Ted" G. Atkinson 1925 - 2003 Edward "Ted" Atkinson, 77, of Riverview, NB and formerly of Montreal, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, July 21, 2003. Born in USA, he was the son of Robert and Daisy (Bicker) Atkinson. Ted was former manager of installation division of Northern Telecom & Presitage Telcom. He was a veteran of W.W.II and served overseas and was a member of the Riverview Veterans and Armed Forces Association. He is survived by three daughters, Laura of Riverview, Susan and Louise of Montreal; three sons, Chuck of Riverview, Don and Ted of Montreal; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren; three sisters, Barbara Coward and Betty Johnston of Ontario and Joyce Ford of U.S.A. and one brother, Robert and by several nieces and nephews. The Riverview Veterans Association will hold a special service at Riverview Funeral Home 1:10 pm Tuesday, July 29th, 2003. This will be followed by the Funeral Service which will be held at Riverview Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 29, 2003 at 1:30 pm with Rev. Wm. Forgraves officiating. Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens Field of Honor. Those desiring donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
