Lester Hastings Edward Higgins 1952 - 2003 COCAGNE, NB - Lester H. E. Higgins, of Cocagne, passed away at his residence on Sunday, August 3, 2003 at the age of 51 years. Born in Moncton, NB on January 21, 1952 he was the son of Lester Hastings MacGregor Higgins and the late Jean Cameron Peters who passed away in 1989. Besides his father he is survived by his wife Bluette (Mills); brother Alan Higgins of Pleasant Vale, NB; and nephews Randy and Bruce Mills both of Sackville, NB. The memorial service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Thursday, August 7, 2003 at 11am with Rev. Steve Berube Officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
