Mrs. Lola Alexina (Underhill) Sobey BLACKVILLE, NB - Mrs. Lola Alexina (Underhill) Sobey, widow of Gordon Sobey of Main Street, Blackville, passed away Monday morning at Saint John Regional Hospital, at the age of 82. Born in Barnettville NB, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Isa (Coughlan) Underhill. She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Blackville. She was a member of A. C. W., Holy Trinity Anglican Church Choir, member of Women's Institute. She is survived by two daughters; Alexina Stewart (Perry) of Fredericton; Alma Sullivan (Kerry) of Blackville; three sons; Ashley (Keitha) of Moncton; Wilson (Lois) of Miramichi; Cameron (Faye) of Blackville; Special niece Lois Vickers; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, her husband, two infant daughters, sisters; Susan Hambrook, Alice Vickers and Alexis Hambrook; brothers; Currie Underhill, Thomas Underhill, Robert Underhill, and one grandson Ross Sobey. Mrs Lola Sobey is resting at Holy Trinity Anglican Church Slumber Room with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 and Wednesday 12-2. The funeral service will be held Wednesday August 13, 2003 at 3pm from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Blackville with Rev. Garth Maxwell officiating.
